J&K: In a Joint Operation by the Indian Army, BSF, and Jammu and Kashmir Police, alert troops along LOC in the Macchal Sector of Kupwara prevented an infiltration attempt on Wednesday morning.
Two terrorists were killed and 4 AK rifles, 6 hand grenades, and other war supplies were confiscated. According to Chinar Corps, Indian Army, the operation is ongoing.
2 Migrants Shot by Terrorists
In Anantnag this morning, militants shot two outside laborers. After the incident, both citizens were hospitalized. After treatment, they were stable. However, J&K Police informed journalists that the area was blocked for a search operation.
Terrorists shot two Anantnag laborers. The injured citizens are stable in the hospital. Searching has roped off the area. “More to come,” tweeted Kashmir zone police.

Budgam Arrests 4 Terrorists
Four LeT associates were detained in Budgam on Tuesday. The four terrorist companions are Mushtaq Ahmad, Azhar Ahmad Mir, Irfan Ahmad Sofi, and Abrar Ahmad Malik.
In Beerwah, district Budgam, police and Army (62 RR) apprehended four terrorist associates. “Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, Azhar Ahmad Mir, Irfan Ahmad Sofi, and Abrar Ahmad Malik are linked to LeT,” a news announcement said.
“Incriminating items were found in their possession. The announcement stated, “The officials have taken all the recovered materials into case records for further investigation.”
A case under applicable laws has been recorded at Police Station Beerwah, and an investigation continues.
