On Friday, a girl student in the Malviya Nagar neighborhood of South Delhi was brutally beaten with a rod and tragically died at the scene. The girl attended classes at Delhi University’s Kamla Nehru College.
The girl was attacked and immediately taken to the hospital. The hospital staff, however, pronounced her dead. Police are currently looking into the case. The Malviya Nagar police station was only a few hundred feet from the crime scene, near Delhi’s Aurobindo College.
The assailant was quickly apprehended and placed into custody after the Delhi Police created numerous teams to arrest the accused. More questioning and research will help reveal what drove the criminal’s actions.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police Chandan Chowdhary stated, “We received information that the body of a 25-year-old female was recovered near Aurobindo College in South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar.
Her body had an iron rod next to it. A quick look into the matter reveals that the girl was attacked with a rod. The probe has been expanded.

Where a woman was shot dead outside her house, on the other hand, in a fancy neighborhood like Malviya Nagar, a girl was beaten to death with a rod. Delhi is a very dangerous city. No one cares either way. Girls’ identities are changed in the headlines, yet the violence continues.
