On His Birthday, BTS Suga Donates 100 Million Won To Emergency Relief In Turkey And Syria
Suga of BTS, whose real name is Min Yoon-gi, gave a big gift on his birthday to help people affected by the terrible earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. On March 9, the rapper Daechwita turned 30, and a kind person gave him a gift to make the day special.

This isn’t the first birthday gift Suga has given. During his time as a musician, the BTS member has given money to help people affected by wildfires, kids with cancer, COVID-19 prevention efforts, and other causes.

The South Korean rapper and singer, who is 30, hopes that by giving money, he can help the children who have been hurt by the earthquake. He said in a detailed statement:
“So many children and families have suffered great damage from this earthquake. I send my condolences to the survivors and victims. I hope that this becomes at least a bit of help to children affected by the earthquake and hope this [donation] is used to provide relief goods for children.”
Save the Children will use the money to buy winter blankets, mattresses, school supplies, and other things that kids in the affected areas need.
When it was his birthday last year, Suga gave 100 million Won to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association. He has also helped people in need by giving money to the Korean Youth Cancer Foundation, 39 orphanages, and a lot of other groups.
Fans of the Agust D singer are very proud of him, and you can see them on social media praising him and celebrating the big day. The K-pop star from Daegu shared his birthday with fans through a Weverse live session, just like the rest of BTS.

This is a running joke in which BTS fans, known as ARMYs, randomly propose to Yoongi.
