Officials in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir have announced the arrest of four people in connection with a viral video showing men taking a woman from her home and beating her. They said the event happened in the village of Dewal in Kathua last week, A report was filed on Monday, and the suspects were arrested a few hours later.
