She did nothing wrong except try to free her son, who was being held on drug trafficking accusations. The incident footage, which was captured and shared by onlookers, rapidly went viral. In response, the SP of Narsinghpur placed the policemen on administrative leave and launched an internal investigation.

After the drug smuggler’s arrest, an incident occurred.

The incident supposedly occurred on Monday night, but the SP did not move until Tuesday, when the video began to go viral. Narsinghpur district’s Goregaon is allegedly plagued by extensive drug smuggling, with police officers allegedly providing cover for the black market.

Suspension of Three Law Enforcement Personnel

After receiving a report, the SP dispatched Sub-Inspectors Anil Ajmeria and Sanjay Suryavanshi, Constable Neeraj Dehria, and another officer to form the Goonda Squad and investigate. Sonu Kahar’s home was raided after he was identified as a suspect in a drug smuggling operation, and the squad caught him along with 20 grams of smack with an estimated street value of three lakh rupees.
The Accused’s Mother Climbed Up on the Car’s Hood

Mohini Kahar, Sonu’s mother, showed up as her son was taken to the police station and argued with the officers. She climbed onto the car’s hood and demanded his release. Mohini was unmovable in the face of the police’ initial attempts to remove her.

Three police officers were placed on administrative leave and an internal investigation was mandated after reviewing the report. Narsinghpur’s senior deputy inspector general Bhavna Maravi has promised disciplinary action against the officials involved if the claims are proven true during the investigation.
