The roof of an Indian Oil fuel refilling station in the Saidapet neighborhood of Chennai fell following heavy rain on Friday evening, killing one of the station’s employees. The crash also injured six additional people watch this video.

Police and firefighters worked together to save the victims. Cranes were used to remove the sagging roof.
Seven persons were rescued from the rubble and transferred to the emergency room at Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital in Guindy.
According to Dr. Parthasarathy, the hospital’s director, one of them was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Six more were sent to Government Royapettah Hospital with fractures.
