During the live stream of EA Play, we saw the announcement of major new video games as well as updates on games that are already in development.

A trend that has emerged as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is the announcement of games on online streams. Additionally, Ubisoft will host its very first digital conference, which will be referred to as “Ubisoft Forward.” There will also be an online component for the Game Devs of Color Expo. Both the game director, Deran Chung, and the creative director, Cuz Parry, spoke about how exciting the development process was for them.

When Can We Expect the Game to be Available?

During the live stream of EA Play, two of the game’s developers made the first official confirmation of the upcoming release of the game. They stated several times throughout the stream that the game is in the early stages of development. They also mentioned that it is far too soon to give you any additional information regarding the game.

The game is still in the pre-production stage, so those who are interested in playing it will have to hold out for at least another two years. According to the EA officials, “We have got a long way to go, and this is just the beginning,” is how they phrased it. “This is just the beginning.”

Platforms and Gameplay are Described

At the conclusion of the EA Play live stream, the game was presented to the audience. The officials did not provide any footage, nor did they show any gameplay. There was no information provided about the operating system that the game would run on.

It is likely that the game will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and personal computers. Since the game is still in the early stages of development, it is possible that it will be released on next-generation gaming consoles such as the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X.

During the live stream, we were not provided with any hints regarding the gameplay, the story, or the plot of Skate 4. Therefore, it is difficult to make any accurate predictions about the game.

The announcement of the new game comes at the perfect time, as it seems that skateboarding games are currently all the rage. Skate 3 featured a hilarious mode called “Hall of Meat,” in which players competed to perform the most difficult bails in order to earn big points.

A Lot of Enjoyment

The fans’ reaction to the official announcement of the game was one of extreme excitement. Skate 3, the most recent installment in the series, was released exactly ten years ago, in 2010. The video game was initially made available to the public in the year 2007.

The players were not required to repeatedly press buttons in order to perform infinite grinds; rather, they used the analog sticks on their controllers to mimic the position of the skater’s feet on the board.

This resulted in a control scheme that was more intuitive and felt much more natural. During that time period, skateboarding games were starting to become more consistent. Skate and Tony Hawk Games are both extremely competitive with one another.
