On December 22, 2018, at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, Fury made his professional boxing debut against Jevgenijs Andrejevs (10-102-3) and won via a four-round points decision (PTS) (40–36).

The bout took place on the same night as the world featherweight title fight between Josh Warrington and Carl Frampton. As a professional, he won his first stoppage in his second fight, a first-round knockout (KO) victory over Callum Ide (0-26-2) on 23 March 2019.

In his first fight back after taking nine months off to appear on a reality TV show, Fury defeated Przemyslaw Binienda (2-26) via first-round technical knockout (TKO) at London’s Copper Box Arena on December 21, 2019. BT Sport carried the fight live on television.

Against Genadij Krajevskij, on the 13th of November, 2020, Tommy Fury won for the fourth time in a row (0–12). While the first round was marked by a flurry of exchanges, Fury didn’t start landing clean shots until the second. Fury landed a huge uppercut on Krajevskij, knocking him out in the second round. On June 5, 2021, Fury defeated Jordan Grant via points to improve to 6-0.

Fury thanked Jake Paul during his victory over Bocianski. The official announcement of February 26, 2023, fight between Fury and Paul was made on January 27, 2023, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
