Transplant is a widely watched Canadian TV series. This is a medical drama series and getting more positive feedback from the viewers. This story basically centers on a doctor Bashir Hamed “Bash” who came to Canada from Syria as a refugee during the civil war in his country.

 By profession a doctor, he wanted to build his career as a medical resident. His new life journey started in Canada. He was unable to get a job in hospitals. He struggles for living and got a job in a restaurant. That restaurant was given a chance to come back in his profession. There an accident happened and a wounded person is treated by Bashir on behalf of his experience during the war. This helps to join a York Memorial Hospital, Toronto as a  medical resident in an emergency department. 

Joseph Key was the creator of the series. The first season was aired on 26th February 2020 on CTV a Canadian network. It was premiered on NBC in September 2020. That was the time people were in their houses and enjoyed a lot this medical drama series due to the pandemic. Season one had received 7.9 out of 10 on IMBD. This story got much fame. Transplant season 2: Release Status

The transplant series is now airing on CTV and NBC is an American network. Season 2 was already announced in June 2020 after getting the huge success of season one. Such good news fills the thrill of the new season. Joseph key was much excited for season 2. He started work for next season after the announcement. Then season 2 was aired on CTV on 2nd January 2022. It was aired on NBC on 6th March 2022 at 10 pm.


The third season was announced in February 2022. Season 2 is airing in both countries and also getting too much love from viewers. That thing shows us, Creator is a very active and creative mind. His measuring parameter is excellent and has a better understanding of show production techniques. That was the result of season 2 even though season 3 is announced.

Transplant season 2:What is Storyline?

Bash had lost his father in Syria and decided to go to Canada. After a struggle got the position in a hospital in Toronto. There, Amira rushes with a woman that seems to be a Syrian. Bash and Amira are happy to meet her. She was leaving with someone in the refugee camp. She has feared that she would not return back. Amira was watching that lady as her sister but Bash didn’t believe it immediately. Bash came with joy. 

On the other hand, Bash and Dr. Mags seem, they were in love with each other. It is clearly seen Mags loves  Bashbut mags got frustrated with Bash due to his working style. Bash gave preference to his work first.

One day, Bash and Dr. Bishop were handling a case of a lady. Dr. Bishop was a senior doctor. While the treatment of a lady was going on, Dr. Bishop was scanning and giving instructions to Bash. In between Br. Bishop can’t see clearly and a tube was cut by Bash but Bash did not know about this. Suddenly Dr. Bishop joined immediately and Bash wanted to know what happened. That’s why the lady’s brain got dead but Bishop took her responsibility.

Final Words

Syria’s civil war is a big loss for the Syrian people and their country. They lost their families and a huge amount of casualties happened. The country’s economy crashed and people were leaving Syria to save their life but that was not easy to go to another country and live as refugees. There, they face problems with food and work. That was a big challenge for their people.
