Radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and surgery are frequently used as treatments. According to the Mayo Clinic, symptoms or signs of more advanced pancreatic cancer include lower back pain that radiates into your abdomen, loss of appetite or unintentional weight loss, yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes (also known as jaundice), light-colored stools, dark-colored urine, itchy skin, blood clots, fatigue, and newly diagnosed or already diagnosed diabetes that is harder to manage.
