On Thursday, the Allahabad High Court decided on the Gyanvapi Mosque case. Under certain conditions, the court has permitted the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to survey the Gyanvapi Mosque grounds. The ruling is a significant victory for Hindu advocates.
The Muslim side’s request to halt the ASI survey of the mosque was denied by the Allahabad High Court. The Muslim side is anticipated to appeal the High Court’s decision to the Supreme Court.
According to the High Court’s ruling, conducting the mosque survey is essential for achieving justice. The Hindu group has pleaded with us to hurry up and complete the survey.

The Muslim side will appeal the Allahabad High Court’s ruling to the Supreme Court.
We are hoping that justice will be done as this mosque is around 600 years old and Muslims have been giving namaz there for the previous 600 years,” Maulana Khalid Rasheed Farangi Mahali, a member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), told media.
Moreover, we demand that the Places of Worship Act be strictly enforced in every religious institution in the country. The Muslim side will likely consider appealing this ruling to the Supreme Court.

Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya remarked, “I welcome this verdict” in response to the Allahabad High Court’s decision to allow the ASI to assess the Gyanvapi mosque complex.
After the ASI survey, I do not doubt that the truth will emerge and the Gyanvapi problem will be solved.
