On Monday (August 21), DCW Chief Swati Maliwal went to the hospital to visit the little girl who had been raped by a high-ranking government employee in Delhi’s Women and Child Development department.

In contrast, the DCW director said she was prevented from speaking with the victim

She is heard criticizing the Delhi police for not arresting the suspects after more than a week has passed since the case was filed against them and wondering why she has been denied permission to meet the victim.
