Puneeth Rajkumar made his first public appearance at the tender age of six months. He appeared in the Kannada suspense film “Premada Kanike,” directed by V. Somashekar. He then made his cinematic debut in the Kannada language musical “Sanaadi Appanna” when he was just one year old.

The film is adapted from Krishnamoorthy Puranikthe’s novel Kuniyitu Hejje Naliyithu Gejje and has performances by Puneeth, Jaya Prada, Ashok, Balakrishna, R. Sampath, Thoogudeepa Srinivas, Papamma, and Baby Madhavi. In the 1980 Dorai-Bhagavan film “Vasantha Geetha,” Puneeth played the part of Shyam.

Puneeth Rajkumar’s first leading role was in the romantic action comedy “Appu,” released in 2002. Puri Jagannadh directed an action film starring Puneeth and Rakshita, in which Puneeth played the part of Appu. His performance in the film was hailed by critics and audiences alike. He went to his family doctor for an ECG after waking up with chest pain. He was instructed to head straight to the hospital after the ECG. Around 11.30 a.m., according to a hospital doctor, he was brought into the intensive care unit of Vikram Hospital in a critical condition.

At Bengaluru’s Kanteerava Stadium, the deceased superstar’s lifeless remains were on display for visitors to pay their condolences. Basavaraj Bommai, the chief minister of Karnataka, and other cabinet members paid their respects.
