The initial public offering (IPO) of Senco Gold consists of a fresh issue of up to Rs 270 crore and an offer for sale of up to Rs 135 crore. The IPO’s price range is between Rs 301 to Rs 317 per share. Notably, earlier this week, the company successfully raised Rs 121.5 crore from anchor investors. Senco Gold intends to set aside Rs 196 crore of the net proceeds from the new issue to meet its working capital needs; the remaining sum will be used for general corporate purposes. IIFL Securities Ltd, Ambit Private Ltd, and SBI Capital Markets Ltd manage the offer.
