Aashiqui superstar Rahul Roy was hospitalized for around 1.5 months after suffering a brain stroke, and he disclosed that actor Salman Khan paid for all of his medical expenses during that time. His recovery from the brain stroke he had in 2020 was a slow and laborious one. Priyanka Roy, Rahul’s soul sister, recently gave an interview in which she thanked Salman Khan for the assistance he provided to them.
During the time when he was filming for LAC — Live the Battle in Kargil, it took place. After being transported to Wockhardt Hospitals, he was examined using angiography on both the brain and the heart. After some time had passed, Rahul was transferred to the intensive care unit of the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai.
Priyanka said, “I want to say thanks to Salman Khan because whatever bill was pending, Salman cleared it in February.” She further added that the LAC director had paid some money, which was from Rahul’s pending remuneration for the film. Despite this, it was not sufficient. “He (Salman Khan) had called him (Rahul) and asked if he could help with anything, and he literally helped, and the bill is cleared now,” she continued.

“The most beautiful thing is Salman did not speak about it in front of the media. This is called really being with a person. This touched my heart. This man is a gem. I mean, I didn’t ask him; I could have asked. Somebody out of the whole crowd comes and asks in reality if you are actually in trouble, and that’s the biggest thing. This is called you are a star. Not just being a star in front of the camera,” Priyanka also said.
Priyanka added that she had advised her brother to approach Salman for employment because he was in good health. At the beginning of this year, the film Agra, which was directed by Kanu Behl and starred Rahul Roy, had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
