In Canada, the outlawed organization Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has issued a reward for information leading to the arrest of Indian diplomat Sanjay Kumar Verma.
The Indian High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Kumar Verma, has been the subject of a prize offer from the Sikh For Justice for $10,000.
Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s Assassination
The SFJ, the poster promised, would get revenge for Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s death. Two unidentified assailants opened fire on the Sikh leader as he sat in his vehicle in Canada.
Thousands of Sikh separatists, including those in Toronto, London, and Melbourne, gathered on the streets to protest Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s death.
Advert released
Sikhs For Justice published a poster titled “Assassination of Shaheed Jathedar Hardeep Singh Nijjar.” In Canada, SFJ will pursue criminal charges against Nijjar’s murderers.
“Additionally, the billboard stated, “Reward USD 10,000 for Reporting the residential address of Shaheed Nijjar’s killers in Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa.”
In addition to Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Kumar Verma and Consul General Apoorva Srivastava, the poster also featured photographs of Consul General Manish. A picture of Hardeep Singh Nijjar was included as well.”
