A video showing staff of a travel agency assaulting a woman in the parking lot of the airport in Raipur, Chhattisgarh has gone viral online. According to rumors, the woman and the travel agency staff had an argument over the woman’s fare and booking. Employees of the company began brutally assaulting the victim shortly thereafter.
The incident has been reported to the police, who are now conducting an investigation.

Workplace violence is common among employees of travel agencies
The video was uploaded on Twitter by Tanmay, the Chhattisgarh bureau chief of the ANI news agency, who claimed that ladies working in taxi businesses at the Raipur airport are subjected to daily acts of violence and hooliganism.
‘Rahul Travel is now well-known,’ he proclaimed in his article. Despite several cases, the airport management and local police have not taken any decisive action as of yet.
A passenger claims that workers beat him up once before.
