Why Did Lysa Terkeurst Get Divorce?
The best-selling author Lysa TerKeurst and her husband Art have decided to end their nearly 30-year marriage because Art has made choices that dishonor God and the biblical bond of marriage. TerKeurst told people on social media about the news.
The 52-year-old woman said that even though she and her husband renewed their wedding vows three years ago after a “painful separation,” he has since “broken those vows.”
She has five kids, and she used to be married to Art for almost 29 years. Even though they got a divorce in 2017, they got back together a year later. But in 2022, their marriage was over for good.
She wrote the following lines on Instagram to express herself:
Two years of healing. Two years of focusing on my own health. Two years of learning how to sit in the quiet with myself and be okay. Two years of believing God for goodness even when things felt not good at all. Two years of learning to go home to an empty house and counting the blessings that are still abundant. Two years… and I’m good. Better than good. I’m honestly surprised by how far I’ve come and how honest my laughter is now. My life looks different but it is full and joyful and I’m more grateful than I’ve ever been. ❤️

In 2023, will Lysa TerKeurst have a new boyfriend? Fans think Lysa’s new man is her boyfriend, but she hasn’t called him that yet. But she did send him a beautiful note to show how much she liked him.
The author shared a video of pictures and clips of her and the man in her picture from vacations and other times. She said nothing else about him and called him “CA.”
In the video, which has more than 90,000 likes, you can also see her grandkids playing with her new boyfriend.
“I will never understand the twists and turns of life,” she says in her post, which could mean that they met by chance.
“But I am so grateful that when everything else feels so uncertain, the goodness and kindness of God is something we can count on,” Lysa shared.
