Who Is Skylene Montgomery?
Skylene was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on December 4, 1984. Skylene Montgomery, Sean Payton’s new wife, is a nurse who works at Ochsner LSU Health.
Her parents were both working-class professionals, so she came from a middle-class home. Her mother didn’t work outside the home, and her father, Skylar Montgomery, ran a business that sold garage doors.
Skylene grew up in Parkersburg in a pretty normal way, but she was already a great athlete at a young age. She used to play every sport at school while she was also learning.

Only a small number of carefully chosen guests went to the beautiful venue in the vacation city. Avery Johnson, a close friend, and a former NBA star, officiated the wedding.
Their wedding photos got more attention than usual because Sean wore Nike Air Jordan 1 “Neutral Grey” shoes instead of traditional wedding shoes.
On a Friday night, the wedding occurred in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Montgomery, the bride, had been Miss West Virginia before she got married. She looked beautiful in that dress.
In November 2019, Payton’s boyfriend shocked her at a restaurant in New Orleans called Longway Tavern in the French Quarter. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
Gayle Benson and Tom’s anniversary party was for only a small group of people, and she went with him.
He had planned to ask Skylene to marry him, and he did so in the middle of the toast. She was very happy to say “YES.”

Payton Had Been Married Before:
In 1992, Coach Payton was married to Beth Shuey, who is now his ex-wife. At Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana, they saw each other for the first time. When Sean was in charge of the college football team, Shuey was a student there.
In 1997, after they had been married for five years, they had their first child, a girl named Meghan. In 2000, they had a son named Connor.
After they married, Sean and Beth moved to Mandeville, Louisiana, and made it their permanent home. But in 2011, problems with his home in Mandeville came to light, and he went back to live with his family in Dallas.
Beth will be 52 years old in 2023. She was born in 1968 in Morocco Town, Indiana, and was Sean’s first love.
She finished school in 1990, and two years later, she married Sean. They lived together happily for twenty years with their two children.

But their marriage started to fall apart in 2012. That year was the start. Sean and Beth both asked the court for a divorce in June 2012, and it was completed two years later, in 2014. After the split, he moved to the edges of New Orleans.
