Six men kidnapped a girl from her home in the Machhli Sahar neighborhood of Rasoolabad in the Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. They attempted to insult the girl’s modesty on video. At least four males were seen on camera abusing and sexually assaulting the girl.
The girl fought back despite being physically assaulted and having her hand twisted by the accused guys. The child even screams for assistance as the suspects sexually assault her. It was revealed that one of the suspects had been filming the whole thing on his phone.
People on ‘X’ (previously known as Twitter) began sharing videos of the incident and calling for police in Jaunpur to arrest the suspects after seeing them on the platform.

According to accounts from the area, the girl was able to free herself from the six guys on trial after they fled the scene upon hearing the girl’s calls for aid.
All six suspects have been apprehended, and police are currently questioning them as part of their investigation.

The girl’s mother reported the incident to police, and officers subsequently filed charges against the alleged offender.

The Jaunpur attack comes after two classmates raped a 14-year-old girl in the Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, which has renewed calls for action to protect girls and women in the state. The girl was on her way home from school when the incident occurred.
The survivor’s father filed a complaint with police alleging that the suspects had been stalking his daughter. The police have opened an inquiry into the incident and have filed a report. The police reported that the suspect(s) had fled the crime scene. Police emphasized that they had created teams to apprehend the suspects and that arrests would be made soon.
