UP Crime: Meerut Schoolmates Raped Minor Girl, Absconding!!!

Two minors from her school allegedly gang-raped a 14-year-old girl in the Meerut region of Uttar Pradesh on her way home.

The Class 9 student victim was returning home to the Rohta region of the district when she was allegedly waylaid by two students, one in Class 9 and the other in Class 12, who brought her to a sugarcane field and sexually assaulted her.

 

The survivor’s father filed a lawsuit alleging the suspects had been stalking his daughter. After receiving a complaint from the girl’s father, police in Rohta stated they had opened a case under Section 376D (gangrape)

Ravindra Kumar Singh, the head of the Rohtak police station, has stated that an investigation has been launched. No one has been taken into custody as of yet. The suspects have fled, and police are attempting to detain two youngsters for interrogation.
