This coming Friday, the second round of voting in the Chhattisgarh assembly elections will take place. The state’s preliminary election round ended on November 7. There will be elections in Rajasthan on November 25.

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and a few independents provided the Congress with the necessary backing to form a government in Rajasthan, where they won 99 of 200 seats. The BJP won 73 of the total seats.
