After being available only in its home country of Japan for more than two years, NIS American is finally bringing one of the most-requested JRPGs to other parts of the world.
The publisher has said that The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie will finally be released outside of Japan on July 7, 2023. This will happen in the Spring of 2023. The game will also be available on Steam, the Epic Game Store, the PlayStation 4, the PlayStation 5, the Nintendo Switch and the PC.
Like other games from NIS America, the long-awaited release of this game will be marked by two different editions. There will be a digital version of the standard edition and a physical version of the collectors edition.

This version comes with the game, a hardcover art book, the official soundtrack, a novel, a steel book, an acrylic print and a nice collectors box.
As we’ve already said, the game is coming out for more than one platform. If you’re interested in the collector’s edition, you’ll be able to buy it for your platform of choice.
As we already said, the game was first released in 2020, on August 27, 2020, for the PlayStation 4. Then, on August 26, 2021, it came out on Steam and the Nintendo Switch.

All of these came out in Japan, where the game was made and where the main developer, Nihon Falcom, is based. The long wait for the latest game in this long-running JRPG series to come out in other parts of the world will soon be over.
