The 2017 dark fantasy manga by Daiki Kobayashi, which serves as the basis for Ragna Crimson, was written and illustrated by him. Since March 2017, it has been serialized in Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker, and Square Enix Manga & Books has English translation rights. They give the story’s details:

Dragon hunters are fighters that slay their target for a reward and are equipped with unique silver weapons. Ragna, the lowest of their ranks, strikes an unlikely alliance with Leonica, a brilliant young woman who is a master dragonslayer with more victories than virtually anybody else. Ragna only desires to remain by Leonica’s side, but his dream is destroyed when the deadliest dragon potentially attacks.
