Some beta users on Android tablets are getting a new “side-by-side” feature for WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta.
WABetaInfo says that this feature will let users switch between talks without losing track of their ongoing chats. This will give Android tablet users more control over how WhatsApp works on their tablets.
Users can also turn off the side-by-side view by switching off the choice in WhatsApp Settings > Chats.
The side-by-side view divides the screen, which can make each conversation’s area smaller, especially on devices with smaller screens.
Users can turn off the side-by-side view on the app to make the space for talks bigger.

In the meantime, WhatsApp has stated that its users will be able to use the same WhatsApp account on more than one phone thanks to a new feature called “multi-device login.”
Users can now link up to four more devices, including their phones. The company said that this update has begun rolling out to users around the world and will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
