The movie is supposedly based on a true incident that takes place in India’s Kolar Gold Fields during the British Kingdom. Surprisingly, there are also some fantasy aspects hinted at in the trailer.
The Cast And Crew Of Thangalaan
Chiyaan Vikram and Pa. Ranjith collaborated for the first time on Thangalaan. The movie has a large ensemble cast, and some of the leading characters are played by Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Harikrishnan Anbudurai, Pasupathy, and several other talented actors.
Anticipated to be a period-action drama, the film narrates the story of the land battle in the Kolar Gold Fields between the native population and foreign armies. According to producer G. Dhananjeyan, the movie would have breathtaking visuals that even surpass Hollywood production values.
